Women's History and Resource Center (WHRC)

The Women's History and Resource Center (WHRC) was founded by the GFWC in 1984, under the administration of Juanita Bryant. It was begun as the result of a perceived need for a archives and library that would document the historical social contributions of women volunteers.

It is housed in the GFWC Headquarters, A National Historic Landmark and used by researchers across the country. Clubs or members can become Friends of WHRC by sending an email to: whrc@gfwc.org
